1. Sales Brokerage Agent (Permanent)
As the world becomes more globalized and inflation increases, so does the value and nature of real estate. Specifically in Japan, real estate has been stagnant for a long time, but finally the market is beginning to grow rapidly. At Dovetail, we are looking for a colleague who can offer new ideas and real estate proposals to our customers, relevant to their individual lifestyles.
Job Description
As a professional sales brokerage agent, your goal will be to the meet the real estate needs of each unique customer, whether it be for a mansion unit, a home, or repayment plan. You will work with customers not only face-to-face, but also via e-mail and online meeting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
What Your Workflow Would Look Like
- Consultation (e-mail, online meeting)
- Introducing properties (generally online)
- Room viewing
- Contract closing
Depending on your skills, experience, and career goals, you may also be involved with the following:
- New customer acquisition strategy
- Sales and marketing planning
- Utilization of SNS/AI to bolster sales
Job Eligibility
Requirements
- 宅地建物取引士 (Takken license)
- Real estate sales brokerage experience
Good to Have (But Not Required)
- Regular driver’s license
- The desire/ability to use English, or the desire to learn English (No problem if you don’t speak English yet!)
- Skill with using SNS for information gathering
- Interest in utilizing AI to boost sales and assist customers
Compensation
- Yearly Compensation: 5,000,000 – 6,000,000 yen
- Monthly Salary: 400,000 yen+ (including 10 hours of fixed overtime)
- Bonus: Quarterly
Negotiation is possible, dependent on skillset and experience.

Permanent (probation period of 3 months)

Work Hours
- Flex Time (Core Time: 10:00 – 15:00)
- Direct to site, direct to home allowed (for room views, etc)
- Work from home allowed, depending on workload
Days Off
- Two days off a week (Tuesday, Wednesday)
- 120 days off a year
- Summer break, Golden Week, New Year’s break, Christmas break
- Birthday leave, congratulatory and condolence leave, caregiver leave, paid holidays
